Joe has more than 30 years hands-on project management experience in executive management and leadership roles. He has managed and directed commercial constitution projects ranging from $1M to $500M including Class-A office space, medical, schools, senior living, professional sports stadiums, clean room, microchip manufacturing and commercial aviation facilities. All projects were safely and successfully completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Joe’s experience also includes more than ten years in business development and the manufacturing of wholesale industrial chemicals and their distribution. Within three years Joe and his team developed a distribution network throughout N. America and Asia taking sales from $0 to $34M.
